| Lucy was a student nurse in the Emergency Department, she then qualified and now works on Louisa Cary. From her time in Paeds ED, it was clear that Lucy embodies care and compassion. From a practice point of view, her time management and forward thinking was spot on! She advocated for children and young people and worked with families to give the best care. Since qualifying, Lucy has come back to ED to support for breaks, she is always bright when she answers the phone and is always willing to do what she can to help her ED colleagues. Whenever I have seen Lucy on the ward, or handed over to her, she has been diligent, thorough and warm. |
