During unprecedented times they have all endeavoured to deliver a robust mandatory block week programme to ensure our colleagues are safe and educated. Have provided protected study time and supervision for all new starters, led on new equipment being introduced across both service lines whilst ensuring that day to day competencies round globoxes, ANTT etc continued to be delivered. Despite all of these challenges they also found time to support the educational demands of the wider trust during the pandemic delivering successfully on FIT mask training and continued to be flexible to the clinical demands of their own specialities. They have met these challenges with professionalism, positivity and always with a smile on their faces.. thank you.
