Amy is an absolutely amazing registrar. You know that when you are on with Amy everything will be under control. She is calm, knowledgeable and determined. She is fantastic at prioritising when it’s busy and is always supportive to juniors. She encourages you to stretch yourself, build you knowledge and confidence. She does really good teaching and will always explain things if you are unsure. She puts her patients at the heart of what she does, is honest, trustworthy, a great team player and really knows her stuff. Amy is a fantastic trainee, makes sensible considered clinical decisions, is supportive of her team and a great team member. Despite busy shifts she is calm and efficient in working thorough the jobs. Thank you. Amy is a fantastic registrar, who I am always over the moon to be on call with! She works incredibly hard, is knowledgable and has excellent clinical skills. Amy is supportive of her colleagues, both medical and nursing. And she will regularly give her juniors opportunities to learn and practice skills. Amy is a calm and collected registrar in an emergency and an awesome member of the team. A knowledgeable clinician, Amy has a calm methodical approach in emergency situations. She makes time to teach staff and her bedside manner with parents is excellent. |
