| Migs works alongside us both supporting and developing our practice in her role as Clinical Educator. She has a wealth of knowledge that she is willing to share explaining and teaching at relevant levels depending on existing knowledge and understanding. Migs encourages the ward staff to develop within our roles to reach our potential. She is a great benefit to the student nurses on their placement and continually strives to keep the ward up to date with improvements in care. |
