Caitlin has joined our team during COVID times and has shown great resilience and ability to work within the team. She is an exceptionally hard worker who never falters. She is keen to learn, is exceptionally kind and optimises our unit and trust core values. Although our unit has had been through many changes over the last 18 months and Many staff members are tired and often exasperated, Caitlin’s can do attitude and professionalism shines through. She doesn’t realise how her positive and kind attitude lifts her Team. Thank you Caitlin for all of your hard work and enthusiasm. |
