| Since becoming the therapy lead, she has led with professionalism, puts her staff first and foremost and ensures we all feel supported. It has not been easy since she took on this role but she has remained positive throughout and extremely supportive. Her role has developed and she has been called upon to take on more responsibilities but she always makes sure she is available for her staff and the children that we treat. She encourages our development and is always on hand with advice and a listening ear. She has empowered us to take on more responsibilities within our work place and is keen that we continue to develop our skills to ensure we become a more rounded , holistic , therapist which will only benefit the children that we see. |
