| I have worked with Rosie many times within the Emergency Department. What strikes me about Rosie is her calm head and warm approach. Rosie takes the time to listen to children and young people, involves them in her thought process and makes decisions with the childs wants in mind. Rosie is a fantastic leader within the emergency department and is open to other ideas, all the while, putting the child first. Rosie works tirelessly and is always open to give advice to her colleagues. Its a pleasure working with you, Rosie. Thank you. |
