Wow Karen what can we say but pure excellence! Karen is the absolute backbone of Wildgoose, nothing is ever to much trouble and Karen is always smiling. Karen helps enable the nursing staff by doing little jobs that make their lives easier, even running urgent bloods to the labs when staff are busy. By being so supportive and hardworking she empowers the rest of us to do our jobs to a high standard. She has a fantastic relationship with the whole team and everyone is always so pleased when they know Karen is on shift. Karen is a well liked and respected member of staff , she is the welcoming face of our ward . Karen is always willing to help ,and encourage staff and can be relied upon when times are difficult Karen is the powerhouse that keeps Wildgoose moving. Any task asked of Karen is done within the blink of an eye and with a smile on her face. Karen’s support on Wildgoose is incredible, by undertaking some tasks she really does enable the staff with their work. |
