| Tracey is the Senior Paediatric Sister within the Emergency Department. She is an exceptional leader who’s influence and example has resulted in a Paediatric Emergency Department in which staff put the children and young people first. Tracey continues to push for progress in a changing department and has lead the Paeds ED nursing team diligently through the Pandemic and resurgence of respiratory conditions in the middle of summer. To her nursing team, she is a leader who supports all through difficult times. She is a role model and a mentor to all and we all know and appreciate how hard she works advocating for the Paediatric Emergency Department. |
