| The Neonatal and Acute Paediatric Ward Managers; Carrie Jones, Helen Little, Bev Bromley and Carrie Wright have been intrinsic in not only meeting the demands of busy inpatient areas ensuring provision is safe through successful workforce management, recruitment and educational opportunities but have led with compassion and integrity throughout the pandemic. They are role models to their peers and juniors, they provide safe spaces for individuals to offload whilst clinically enabling their teams when workload demands.
They lead on the IPC agenda, appraisals, performance and service developments. They are flexible in their approach; responsive to their team and patients… an absolute joy. |
