| Mel is out matron and we could not be the paediatric department without her. Her commitment to the department and the patients cannot be underestimated. She works incredibly hard dealing with many challenging issues yet always manages to come out laughing. Mel is highly respected and admired by her colleagues and her ability to question and seek the truth, even when the questions are hard, is invaluable. Mel has an infectious sense of humour which cheers us all up and she is integral to our team. Thank you for all your hard work Mel! |
