Vicky has really stepped up in her role this year taking on extra responsibility and developing our role within the trust. She has initiated a trust ACP group empowering us to work together across the trust to improve our role and the care that we give to our patients. She is an excellent advanced nurse practitioner who is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She works seamlessly in our assessment unit to assess children and make management plans efficiently as part of the multidisciplinary team. Vicky is a great team player who supports both the medical and nursing team well, making an excellent link between them. She communicates well with children of all ages and they respond well to her. She is a pleasure to work with! Keep up the good work!
