Linny is the Interim Team Manager for Torbay CAMHS Crisis Team. She is enthusiastic, consistently helpful, and more importantly accessible. Together with Fiona Holden and the rest of the Crisis Team she has been instrumental in building bridges and starting to form functional working relationships with the inpatient team on the ward. She is passionate about improving the mental health provision for CYP in the area and building a system of cooperation and synergy with the paediatric team, that will massively benefit our young people in the long term. She is always approachable and deals with queries and gripes from the paediatric team with candour, good humour and empathy. Linny – you have been absolutely key in making and maintaining the MH of our CYP as a clinical priority. Keep it up, and thank you! |
