| The unsung hero of the domestic staff. Jake works the late shift on the department and as soon as he is on shift everyone jumps on him with a long list of final cubicle cleans! he doesn’t bat an eyelid and knuckles down straight away endlessly cleaning away without any complaint. He always says hello and is very friendly and approachable. Even if he has a big workload, he will stop and go to whatever area needs his attention first! he is a pleasure to have up on level 12 and has been an asset through this strange covid time demonstrating a high level of excellence every day. |
