Tasha is just amazing!!! She is kind, supportive, and knowledgeable, and is always happy to help where ever she is needed. Nothing is ever too much trouble. She is passionate about delivering the best care to the children and families we see, and is always striving to improve anything she can across the whole of level 12. She has excellent communication skills with her colleagues as well as the children and their families. Tasha brings calm to a hectic assessment unit and has the ability to problem solve and organise a team. Even when it feels like everything is falling apart, she is there with a smile on her face keeping everyone else going. I could not dream of anyone better to work alongside.
There is one word to describe Tash “”exceptional””. Tash is always working hard to improve the paediatric service we provide, with her positive attitude she can achieve anything she sets her mind to. I have worked with Tash for many years and it truly is such a pleasure and privilege to do so, she is an advocate for not only patients and their families but colleagues too. Tash always goes above and beyond her APNP role, she is a great support to the nursing staff and is always willing to share her knowledge and experience. Her drive and motivation to encourage colleagues to be the best they can be is evident and she is always there to help boost their confidence. Tash is an excellent support to the nursing staff not only helping on CAU when its busy but as a teacher and mentor, she encourages staff to consolidate their skills and is always keen to share new knowledge and new skills. Tash is always there when you need a listening ear or support both professionally and personally, she will always see your potential and believe in you when sometimes you can’t see it yourself. Tash is a brilliant APNP. She is very hardworking and has achieved a huge amount in her role on CAU in improving a number of aspects of patient care. And, she does all this without complaint (and, I feel, doesn’t get the recognition she deserves because of it). On top of that, she is clinically excellent and an absolute pleasure to work with. Also, she is a lovely person and very supportive to all team members with any work or personal issues. She is one of the reasons I really looked forward to coming back to work at Derriford. Thank you Tash for being such a brilliant member of the team – you are an asset to the team on Level 12. Tash is a very lovely and reliable team member. Tash is always available to fill the gap particularly with busy shifts and shortages. Tash is very sympathetic to her patients as well as to colleagues. Tasha is an exceptional Advanced Nurse Practitioner who is an integral part of the CAU team. Tasha uses her knowledge and skills to patiently and professionally support medical and nursing colleagues. She manages her workload with great efficiency and always gives time to the families in her clinics and on CAU. Tasha is compassionate and caring and is a great role model for all nurses joining the Paediatric team. Always smiling and making everyone’s day that little bit brighter. For going above and beyond to better our unit and create a positive workplace for all. |
