| The last year or so has been like no other, not only the global pandemic but changes to the ward, staffing and the way we work have also added to the incredibly busy and stressful environment we find ourselves in daily. The staff on Bramble have taken this in their stride in the most incredible way and although the shifts can be challenging on a daily basis I know that each and every member of the team work to their absolute best to ensure we give the best care to children and their families. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else and I’m proud to be part of this amazing ward and team and I know that we will get through this incredibly tough time and am looking forward to the big party afterwards!
Always working together – had many challenges recently is terms of short staff, extremely hard work load and challenging patients! Bramble is sticking together through difficult times – the whole MDT working together to provide the best and safe care! Such a great team who needs to believe we are doing the best job through unprecedented times! Always willing to have w joke and try to have a giggle through the difficult times enable to maintain morale on the ward! The greater the storm, the brighter the rainbow!! Keep it going Bramble! All of the staff on bramble are friendly, caring and inclusive. Making the transition in between hospitals seamless. The team are helpful and supportive and when it is busy or acuity is high everyone does their best to help out |
