| Nileema joined us as a band 4 during the first wave of Covid and has since joined our team as a staff nurse last year. She has shown such great potential since coming to us, keen to learn and get stuck in. She’s always happy to help others and develop her own knowledge and skills along the way. When our next wave of band 4’s came along this year, she in turn helped them with their journey and supports the students who come to our wards. Her compassion and communication with our patients and families is a credit to her. As a team member she’s a joy to work with, always smiling and encouraging even during tough shifts, and I can’t wait to watch her develop in her career. |
