Nicoleta is our ward domestic on NNU. She was a pharmacist in her home country of Romania and now devotes her professional work time to keeping our ward pristine. Thanks to Nic, the ward achieves 99.9% pass rate on domestic inspections. This score disappoints Nicoleta, as she aspires for 100% every time. She is a highly valued and appreciated member of the neonatal family.

Amazing Rota Coordinator and friendly colleague to work with.
Having Annual and study leaves approved within time is a dream and Clare is the most accessible rota coordinator there is!
Clare is fairly new to post as the rota co-ordinator at Torbay. She has taken on a mammoth and unenviable task of doing the medical rota after a period of not having a rota co-ordinator in place. She has learnt quickly, responds to emails in a prompt way and I have always found her so helpful in my requests. Thank you Clare, your efforts are not unnoticed.

She ensures effective care by close communication with the nursing and medical team, never losing her good humour, and keeping us on the right path always! We couldn’t manage without you Gill – thank you!
Cannot think of nominating any other professional than Gill. She is not only an excellent and a valued medical secretary, but she is listening, Intuitive and going the extra mile when it comes to looking after the interests of the patients.
Her typical working day is not only her own work, but also supporting her colleagues with a calm & confident presence and a smile; yet being humble to the core, whilst looking after others. An exceptional & inspiring contributor to the team!

Hilary does not stop working from the moment she arrives to the minute she leaves. She never shows us any frustration when we endlessly ask for support or advice. The department is all the richer for having her as part. of the team.
Lara brings vivacity and joy with her to every single shift. She is often the first face that staff, visitors, patients and their families see when they enter Louisa Carey or SSPAU, and she is always wreathed in smiles and generous with her time.
