Lillie is a paediatric specialist support worker based at the CDC in Plymouth, and working with CYP with neurodivergence, particularly ADHD. I started to work with Lillie around the complex care of a hospital patient. Lillie has been flexible, patient-centred and an amazing team player. She has been able to build a rapport with a patient over time, build up a detailed understanding of their needs and share this with the team so that we can refine a more patient centred care plan. She has gone the extra mile and been someone we have all relied on (not only our team, but also the young person and their family). I have learned a lot from working with Lillie.
