Sophie works with us on the goose a lot on bank. She is an outstanding assets to the team. Despite being mid way though her adult nursing degree she has exceptional skills with supporting paediatric patients. She is able to work independently as well as part of a team. Sophie is efficient in every task she is asked to complete. Sophie is able to adapt her communication skills to meet the needs of very small children up to teenagers. Sophie will make an exceptional nurse, only criticism is that she won’t paediatric trained so we will loose her once qualified!!!
