Madie is an incredible HCA and Wildgoose would be lost without her compassion for patients and enthusiasm to always boost morale amongst both the team and patients.
Madie is always striving to better herself and is always wanting to be involved as far as she can with patient care. She always puts the patients needs first and is an amazing advocate for anyone she cares for.
Madie takes a particular interest in caring for our patients that are admitted for eating disorders. She has a calming demeanour and is always willing to help out. Our patients always respond well to Madie and that’s because of her approachable and kind nature. Madie regularly tries to organise team social events and is keen to always find ways to improve team work.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for Madie. She keeps the goose going and is an amazing asset to our team.

Madie is a little ray of sunshine on the ward. It has been a very tough year for all the wildgoose staff but Madie always stays positive and supports the nursing staff and the patients to the very best of her abilities.
