When Caleisha is on shift I know it is going to be a good day. The care, knowledge and expertise she has built up over the years she has been with us, enables her to provide excellent care for our young people and their families. This is especially true when working with our eating disorders, Caleisha works hard to ensure that their needs are met and plans adhered to by supporting the team and enabling them to give the best possible care. She often attends the MDT meetings to advocate for the patient.
As well as this Caleisha juggles all the other roles of our wonderful HCA team and helps ensure my day runs as smoothly as possible. Every ward needs a Caleisha
