I’ve worked with Carol many times on day surgery and have always seen how she shows wonderful care to patients when they come in. Carol has helped me to follow correct surgical pathways. Day surgery can be stressful at times and she always remains calm and put the patients first, helping to put anxieties the child and family feel at ease. Carol always works safely and advocates when needed to avoid delayed discharges. I always enjoy working alongside Carol because she is friendly and offers advice when needed.
