Sarah is such an excellent HCA. She has so many clinical skills which enable the Paeds ED to work efficiently and well. She is amazing with children and families, making everyone feel comfortable. She is very observant and will highlight issues to the nurses on duty, whether that be abnormal observations or something more subtle like a parenting or safeguarding concern.

Sarah is a wealth of knowledge, experience and support within the team. Providing guidance when required to others within the team and always happy to educate and share her array of skills. Sarah is amazing with children and young people, advocating for their needs, providing high quality care and always at hand with bubbles! Sarah is an absolute asset to the team and any team that she is a part of. We are very grateful for everything that she does.

Sarah comes on shift and works well with the team to treat the patients. She is pro active in caring for people and always willing to help someone else.

She always makes sure the children are safe when the ED is busy. Her knowledge is exceptional and always escalates her concerns when she is worried. We trust her judgement and her assessment skills are always on point
