Vanda is an amazing HCA she works above and beyond , supporting her peers, cyp and parents , Vanda embodies what a HCA role is by always being an advocate for her patients
willing to her hand to what ever is needed of her with a permanent smile.

Vanda is a fantastic HCA and a brilliant support to young people that come into outpatients for appointments with the eating disorder team. Vanda is always so welcoming and chatty to these young people that she has a real way of distracting and calming them before a potentially stressful appointment.
Many of these families look forward to seeing Vanda and often comment on missing her if she is on annual leave when they attend!
Vanda goes above and beyond to go to see any patients that may have needed admitting, for a check in and a chat which always appears to lift their spirits.
Vanda has a wide set of skills and is always happy to use them when requested.
