Outpatients always runs more smoothly when Donna is on shift, and you know that patients will have been seen and sorted promptly. She is always happy to chat, and is genuinely interested in how you are doing.
She always helps and supports the team in any way she can, to allow the nursing, allied and medical staff to focus on their work.
She interacts beautifully with families, and can often be seen explaining clinic delays and supporting families and children who are in the waiting room.
A genuine and fantastic asset to the Paeds team. Thank you Donna!
