Alison is one the most kindest person, fast learner, compassionate and efficient. From doing skin prick test to bloods to sweat test she is there doing her job so well. She makes everyone comfortable. kind to children and parents. We all value her input.

Ali is an excellent health care assistant for CYPOD. She always uses her initiative and books extra blood clinics that she runs so that patients can be seen quicker. She is a joy to work with, so hard working and always one step ahead. Her report with both family and staff is admirable and often gets positive feedback from patients. She’s a great example to other HCAS and sets the bar high. She doesn’t realise how great she is and the impact on staff and patients. Her dedication and advocacy for patients is second to none. Ali is a joy.
