Karen is an excellent nursery nurse. She is a strong advocate for her patients and families. She provides excellent clinical care to the babies she is looking after on TCW. She has a kind and compassionate bedside manner. She gives excellent breast feeding support and is always willing to support other staff members and increase their knowledge on breastfeeding to allow them to support the mothers they are looking after. Karen is fantastic and I am always pleased to see she is working.
