Always helps with challenging patients even when she’s not placed on the ward will come and check in on them as she always builds a great repour with them. Works really well within the team and always helping others when she can. gives amazing patient care and is always using her initiative. She is a great addition to bramble team.

Mia is amazing at her job. She has progressed within her role in the last year to a high standard, showing great advocacy for patients and their care. But not only that, she takes her role to the next level, ensuring that her colleagues are cared for, ensuring that they have breaks, when 1:1 or 2:1, she always switches her roles from ward/clinic and such to make sure patients have the highest possible care. At just 21 years old, she shows great insight into compassionate individualised care and is an asset to Bramble and the team, she has undertaken courses to ensure she can keep up-to-date with skills and ensure that she is able to run clinics and be on hand with tasks on the ward. Mia is always so helpful, smiley and everyone loves her. She manages to build rapport easily with patients and this shows within her work. Mia also sees finer details of ensuring the ward is kept clean and tidy, topped up and takes her own patient load, with ease. Its always a pleasure to work with Mia.
