I am always so happy to see Paula on the wards and I know it will be a good day and patients will receive excellent care when she is there. Her dedication to providing compassionate care to children and families shines through and she communicates with warmth and respect with all families. She is a core part of the infant feeding team and is so skilled in supporting parents with feeding difficulties and the impact of that is immeasurable. She has gone above and beyond in supporting some of my patients and I am truly grateful to her for her hugely valuable clinical contribution to our team and patients
