Jackie has a wealth of knowledge she is always willing to share! Not only is she a brilliant and dedicated clinical support worker always anticipating what we need and ensuring the unit is prepared, having years of healthcare experience Jackie provides incredible support to the nursing team and families on the unit. From setting up equipment to breast feeding support, Jackie is the one! Nothing is ever too much trouble and she is always ready to get stuck in and help. She is a real team player and we are lucky to have her on the unit.
