Lorraine has always shown a great wealth of knowledge regarding our eating disorder patients,on Wildgoose ward she supports junior members of staff and guides them and also students , she shows a great deal of understanding and recognises the needs of any mental health issues that some of our clients have ,she also supports members of Staff through difficult times and will follow up to make sure they are ok ,she is a good listener and will often give advise if she feels it is required, she is also fun to be around and a lot of the clients look forward to when Lorraine is on shift , she deserves recognition for her long standing role ,also the parents spend a lot of time asking Lorraine for advise and support x
