Fran has been a play specialist here in NDDH for a long time. Her work with child and families is amazing. Her success rate with children and procedures is the best. Her rate of completing MRIs in younger children without a GA is in the high 90%s.
Apart from that she offers a huge amount of emotional (and financial through her knowledge of charities) support to families in difficult times.
