I am nominating Sarah Tabrett for this award because she has dedicated her working life to children and neonates.

Sarah is the epitome of professionalism, calmness, great leader, teacher, friend. She is totally approachable, to the point that everyone one in maternity services (and beyond) knows her name.
Sarah is the anchor of the NNU and the reason why we have such a flat hierarchy in our amazing team.
I’ve had the honour of being her ‘wingman’ in many of her teachings in NLS, Step Up To Reg and weekly sims, . From the Scillies to Glasgow she has demonstrated the precision of the perfect ‘bagging’ technique. She is a member of many panels outside of her clinical practice.
Her job is her life. And I have no idea how she has also raised three beautiful girls and run a small farm as well.
There is no one more deserving of this award for giving 30 years of Cornish dedication to keeping small people alive.
