Nadine is very hardworking, an incredible support and an asset to our nursing team. Nadine autonomously organises a workload for herself and bank HCAs and is a good role model to bank staff who have not worked on the ward before. She shows empathy to those she works with. She understands the workloads of the RNs and undertakes tasks that alleviate pressures. Nadine always updates RN’S and her documentation is thorough.
