Debbie is an irreplaceable part of Exeter NNU! Parents adore her, I am always hearing how amazing Debbie is and how well-supported they feel when Debbie is taking care of their baby.
On top of her exceptional interpersonal skills ( kindness, laughs etc) Debbie is simply very good at her job. Her experience as NNU HCA is extensive, just like her knowledge about neonates.
Debbie is a team player, always making sure new staff members feel welcomed in our Unit.
