Caleisha always provides incredible care to the children and their families. She is always understanding and supportive of the patients that come to us and the patients always feel at ease around her. She has encouraged and supported me when I have been unsure of something when I started my job. She advocates for patients that she feels could be being let down and has spoken up in teams meetings to try and get things on the right track.
