Helen is currently undertaking her TAP course, when in paediatric she is listening to children’s chests, researching mutiple conditions and checking guidelines. She is very proactive in her learning, she asks all the appropriate questions. She works well within the team and has excellent patient centred care with all the children and young people. Helen will adapt to different age ranges, she has a non-judgemental manner and explains to families about plans that are happening with the child or young person in a caring manner. She has clear documentation and write in all key information requested. She is great to teach and learn from, you can see her progression.
