Teresa is a one in a kind person, upbeat and bubbly. Always sees the good in everything she does, very loved by all. Gives excellent person centre care, Spends time with all the children and young people on the ward. She gives the best care to family’s, I have never seen someone heart who’s in it as much as hers. Teresa will advocate for the young people she looks after and they family, ensuring they get support and best quality care. She makes all the staff smile and you can’t help but smile back. She is kind, caring, compassionate and a team player. No job is to big or small as long as she is looking after those around her. Teresa will support bank staff and new starter around and tell them if have any concerns to let her know and she will be their. She has an incredibly big heart and deserves all the praise in the world.
