Tara is driven, innovative and passionate. She takes the initiative and has driven forward more change and improvement in the last couple of years than the department has seen in the last 10.
She is such an asset. Keep up the amazing work.

Tara is inspirational in everything she does to do with paediatric. She is an advocate for those with mental health and neurodiversity aswell as the staff. She has helped me improve and progress in the paediatric area with her booklet. I look at it and appreciate the whole morning she spend listening to all my questions and said she will support me whenever I need it. She listened and respected what I had to say. She is passionate about her job and promotes everything paediatric. She is rare type of person, a bright light whenever she goes. Torbay paediatric department incredibly lucky to have her and she bright upbeat personality.

Tara is one in a million, she is inspiring and an asset to ED. IShe is phenomenal when it comes to mental health and neurodiversity. She advocate for all the children and young people. We need to create a job for her, she is so passionate about paediatric and has such a positive attitude, she always their for the staff.
She has been teaching me all about paediatric and I appreciate all her support. She is just irreplaceable.

Tara takes alot of pride in the work she does and she has a heart of gold, she is extremely passionate about paediatric. She would make an incredible neurodiversity/mental health nurse. She is a great advocate for all patients. Due to a knee injury is currently working with all the healthcare assistant, this training is invaluable. She is supporting all the staff to be more confidence and feel someone is listening to them. She is full of so much knowledge, I find myself sat just listening to her. Thank you Tara, you really don’t know how good you are and how much you have achieved, I feel this may only be the start!

Tara has come back on admin and teaching due to a knee injury. She has come back like a big ball of positivity, such a passionate proactive person. She was very missed in the paediatric area and does so much more than people know. She is a massive advocate for children and young people with neurodiversity and mental aswell as complex care. She is inspiring in so many ways. She has made so many of us feel more confidence in the paediatric area and I appreciate care and kindness she has given me.

An inspirational paediatric Healthcare assistant, she inbodies paediatrics. She is very passionate about paediatric and excels in this area. Every area, you can ask her anything and she knows. From resus, mental health, sepsis, respiratory, children who additional needs. I hope she knows how valued she is and what a kind heart person she is, seeing the best in everyone. Respectful and non judgmental, every child who comes into ED leave with a smile after meeting her.
