Sara is an exemplary healthcare assistant. She is committed to providing excellent care and support to all families and always goes the extra mile. Sara advocates for the babies she is helping to care for and ensures they receive the best possible care. She is committed to her role and is an excellent team player, often helping parents in ITU and HDU with breastfeeding support. She is the go-to nurse when a baby will not latch and is often called upon by other nurses to help with supporting babies to breastfeed.
Sara is a wonderful nurse to work alongside, she brings so much to a shift and I always look forward to our nights together. Sara is warm, funny, compassionate and dedicated and is an asset to the neonatal unit.Sara is committed to providing high standards of care to the babies and families on the neonatal unit. She has passion and enthusiasm for her role that shines through to her colleagues and to the families she cares for. She takes time to build a rapport with families and the positive feedback she gets from them is endless!
