Tracey is an excellent HCA and a role model to all staff on the unit. Tracey has huge knowledge and excellence in the care she give to all, especially to the regular patients she sees in DCU. Tracey shows person centred care and takes time to really get to know her patients’ wants, needs and preferences. Tracey shows great understanding of team work and is always willing to help others. Her kind and caring manner is radiated to her patients and colleagues. Tracey is the core of the HCA team and valued by so many staff across the unit.

I am not sure where we would be without her! Probably the most talented phlebotomist in the department. Thinks about the whole patient every time-I know that if Tracey says a patient does not look very well, then they aren’t very well. Such an amazing professional-thoughtful , caring and goes out of her way to help children and families get the best care possible. I am completely indebted to her.
