Amy goes above and beyond for the young people on the ward. She always delivers cares to the highest standards and leads by example. She is an exceptional role model! Amy deserves to be recognised for the outstanding work she does every shift.

Amy is an excellent addition to the HCA team. On a daily bases Amy demonstrates exceptional care to her patients and their families, she goes above and beyond her role and is often mistaken for a registered member of staff. She is eager to learn and nothing is ever to much trouble, she completes her work to a high standard, is an excellent advocate for her patients and their families and remains enthusiastic and willing at all times. Amy works very well within the team and has a wonderful way to provide support to patients in difficult situations. This is been demonstrated in her care towards young people struggling with mental health presentations. She is an inspiration to other HCAs and qualified members of staff and encourages the team to fulfil its potential.

Amy is a great working within a team and individually. She always helps colleagues with there work loads when she is free and always takes a work load and gives her patients great patient care. Amy is a great advocate for patients struggling with mental health making sure they are heard . The ward has been pressured with Challenging patients which are needing a lot of support and Amy is always willing to help and make there hospital stay easier. She has been a great addition to bramble and is a valued member of the team
