Emily is a Nursing Associate and is a fantastic colleague and an asset to North Devon. She always has a smile on her face and the team are always happier when she is on shift. Emily clearly enjoys her work and is very skilled in her role. Her experience as an HCA has clearly given her a very strong understanding of paediatrics. She is well liked by patients and families. She is a huge support to me and to other colleagues in the department and even on the worst days can make me laugh and feel better to continue my work.

Emily works amazingly well on the ward.
