| Laura is a bright and bubbly personality in her job role as a healthcare assistant on Polkerris. She is keen to help out and gets stuck in whenever asked to help out with a task. Laura is very intuitive also and can get on with tasks without having to be asked too. She is so caring and kind towards patients and their families. Laura is an asset to our team and makes a huge smile on everyone’s faces when she is working! Laura is one of our lovely healthcare assistants on Polkerris Ward. Exceedingly kind and generous, every shift worked with her is a pleasure. Not only does she support the nursing team clinically by recognising where help is needed and working hard to provide fantastic care for our patients, but she is always there for the moral support of staff too! I would always trust her to do a sterling job and advocate for my patients on my behalf. She is a highly regarded and valued team player. |
