| Alex has been an excellent junior trainee over the last 2 years. He has grown in knowledge and skill and has started to develop excellent decision making skills and leadership skills. He works really well in a team and the medical and nursing teams enjoy working with him. He has great communications skills and has been a highly valued member of our team. Alex has worked really hard in quality improvement in the last 2 years, developing a paediatric project showcase for the department and also a useful card for junior doctors to reference. His passion for learning and improvement is excellent. Excellent, highly motivated trainee. Always enthusiastic about Paediatrics, a positive role model for his peers and particularly medical students. Tries his very best at all times. Promotes Audit, helped organise an Audit showcase. |
