| Alan is an extremely supportive consultant. He always has time to answer any questions that I have and never makes me feel like I am bothering him. He is liked and respected by all the families he has contact with. He is always willing to teach and embrace new ideas. He makes decisive decisions and will personally phone the community patients to answer any questions that the parents have. He is a pleasure to work with.
Alan is obviously knowledgeable and experienced senior doctor . He is a role model for paediatrics trainees and colleagues as he makes excellent decisions and management skills Dr Cade gives since feedback and supportive to the juniors. More importantly, Alan is a good team leader who could provide psychological safety of team members . It’s always nice to work with Dr Cade and I never feel stressful even with high workload and pressure during busy days because of his efficiency , civility and time management. Never undermines others and supportive to colleagues. |
