| Rowan is an incredible Consultant. She always appears in control and calm, whatever is thrown at her. She is a very supportive senior colleague, who has a fantastic manner with patients, families and colleagues and is an absolute joy to work with. When she is on service she is extremely present and accessible. She brings the team together with a shared purpose. She is always happy to support trainees to do assessments too when time allows. |
