Andy is a great doctor and really advocates for his patients in ED and on level 12. He has built a bridge between both areas and improves working relations for the teams. This allows a better patient journey. He’s fantastic with the children he sees in ED and is extremely knowledgeable. He’s friendly to children and their parents. He makes good decisions and promotes good patient flow. He is always checking on the nurses, making sure they are okay and does a coffee round which we are ever thankful for. We look forward to him working as he really does make the shift a better one
