| Outstanding interaction with children, young people and their families. She works over and aboard her duties, she is always on time . at blood clinic as the children arrive Lyndsay prepares the child and career by explaining what will be happening in a way they can understand and if necessary she will request the help/support of the play specialist. She is always calm and polite to everyone and an inspiration to all those who come into contact with her, It is a privilege to have Lyndsay on our team at the Paediatric Outpatient Department. |
